Lead Architect - Airport Operational Services
I have been working at Heathrow since 2013 as a Solutions/Lead Architect within the Corporate Services area and most recently helped complete the move of our Oracle ERP suite to Oracle SaaS, along with embedding a DevOps support team to manage ongoing change. During this role my primary involvement with operational systems was related to billing and some common integration platforms in use at Heathrow.
In January 2023 I moved to the Airport Operational services portfolio, where the focus for 2023/24 is the upgrade/ replacement of current AODB, FRMS and a number of operational planning and reporting services that exist within Heathrow.
