I have been involved in Heathrow and Gatwick Airports current airport management systems since 1994, initially as a developer.
Now I am the main IBS Software contact for our airport customers, managing a team of offshore developers involved in various AODB development projects many involving improving and developing interfaces.
Prior to 1994 I managed the operational systems for Heathrow Airport and project managed a number of Information Systems FIDS, Staff Information System etc.
