Description:

Create an allocation of a resource for a specified period of time.

Primary Actor:

Airlines, Airports, Operations Team, Ground Handlers

Preconditions:

Fixed resource is known to the airport systems (AODB etc.)

Postconditions:

Successful update of resource allocations (AODB, etc)

Main Success Scenario/Flow:

1.     Airport receives new resource allocation

2.     Airport validates fixed resource is valid in the AODB

3.     Airport updates flight with fixed resource allocation

Extensions:

If the allocation involves a flight, then there may be a corresponding flight resource allocation to this allocation
