EstimatedTimeAccuracy

Gives an estimate of the expected accuracy/precision of the time referred to.

Legal values:

• “1” – plus/minus one minute accuracy is expected
• “5” – plus/minus five minute accuracy is expected
• “15” – plus/minus fifteen minute accuracy is expected
• “30” – plus/minus thirty minute accuracy is expected
• “30+” – estimated time is likely to be off by more than thirty minutes.
