This section describes the supporting operating systems, and software you need to be able to complete the examples described below. You should install these requirements in the order of their appearance in this list:
- Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 or higher
- Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 (Express Edition is free)
- Microsoft .NET 4.5 framework runtime (this is installed with Visual Studio 2013)
- WSCF.blue http://wscfblue.codeplex.com/ (contract first development tool)
- An example WSDL file. See section 6.2.
