The "Bag First Check in Attempt Time" is theDateTimeUTC when the bag first was attempted checked in. For most bags this will be the same as BACIT as they do not experience a BagRejected event. This corresponds to the first "BagChecked" or "BagCheckInAttempt" BagEventCode. Always UTC.
