Queue Identifier
A unique identifier of some sort. Uniqueness must be guaranteed across an airport, and possibly across multiple airports if part of a multi-airport system.
Example values:
A 94175395 QueueId is typically used to represent/refer to AirportIATA (where the queue is), QueueLocation, QueueName and possibly other queue system specific information.
