This page contains documentation of the logon procedure for Flightviewer for external users. Please follow the procedure below to apply for access and log on to Flightviewer.

2.  How to log on to Flightviewer

2.1. Apply for access

  • Apply for application access (self service): https://myaccess.avinor.no/
  • Log on to your organizational account in myaccess.avinor.no, for example jan@sas.no
  • In the left pane, select «Access Packages».
  • Select «preferred access package» and submit request
  • Fill in your personal information and apply. Please note the required format for mobile phone number: "+47 11223344". If your phone number is not typed in exactly as the required format your application will be declined and you will have to apply again. 
  • You will receive an email confirmation when your access is approved.





2.2. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App 

  • To access Avinor's systems, the Microsoft Authenticator App is required. This must be installed on your mobile phone.
  • Download and install it on your phone if you don't already have it.
  • Apple Store
  • Android Google Play Store
  • Authenticator is only a digital personal key cabinet.
  • Take good care of all the keys you store here!
  • The keys are personal!

   


2.3. Registration of Avinor key in the Microsoft Authenticator App upon first login

  • If you already have a guest account with Avinor, you can skip this section.
  • If you don't have a guest account with Avinor, you will be required to set up a new key in the Authenticator App upon first login.
  • Log in with your organizational account, e.g., jan@sas.no
  • Register the Authenticator app with a QR code. Follow the instructions.
  • Start the Authenticator app, select "Authenticator | Work / School account" and scan the QR code.
  • Follow the instructions on the screen and mobile to complete the configuration.
  • You must read and accept Avinor's Confidentiality Agreement.




2.4. Log on to Flightviewer

  • Avinor MyApps Portal https://myapps.avinor.no
  • Log in with your organizational account, e.g., jan@sas.no
  • Start the desired application from here by clicking on the icon.
