• DeiceOrderSent : DateTimeUTC   (deicing_send_order)
  Time when the deicer coordinator is sending deicing order to all trucks on this aircraft.
  Normally a few minutes before deicing starts. The aircraft is already assigned to a track (AS81) etc.

• DeiceOrderAccepted : DateTimeUTC   (deicing_readytime)
  When the first deicer truck operator confirms that he / she accepted the order and are ready to start deicing as soon as the captain confirms breaks on, aircondition off.
