Remove the allocation of a fixed resource for a defined period of time.

Preconditions:

Resource allocation exists and can be identified by the data given in this message  

Postconditions:

Successful removal of resource record in airport systems (AODB, etc). 

Resource is available for new allocation at the previously allotted time 

Main Success Scenario/Flow:

1.     Airport receives delete flight resource allocation

2.     Airport validates flight resource allocation exists in the AODB 

3.     Airport validates deleting the resource is valid (e.g. not in current use)

4.     Airport deletes resource allocation
