Description:

Remove the allocation of a fixed resource to a flight for a defined period of time.

Preconditions:

Flight record already exists

Flight record has an assigned resource allocation which can be identified by the information given in the message  

Postconditions:

Successful update of flight record in airport systems (AODB, etc), resource allocation is no longer visible on this record (unless as clearly marked a previous allocation)

A new allocation can be made to this flight for the defined period of time 

Main Success Scenario/Flow:

1.     Airport receives flight resource allocation delete message

2.     Airport validates flight resource allocation exists in the AODB 

3.     Airport deletes flight resource allocation
