Description:

Update the allocation of a fixed resource, changing either the period of time, or the work assigned to it.

Primary Actor:

Airlines, Airports, Ground Handlers

Preconditions:

Resource allocation already exists

Work assigned to the resource is valid (e.g. a flight, or an aircraft movement)

Update is not to change the resource to be allocated  

Postconditions:

Successful update of resource record in airport systems (AODB, etc)

Main Success Scenario/Flow:

1.     Airport receives updated resource allocation

2.     Airport validates the work allocated to the resource (if applicable)  

3.     Airport updates resource allocation
