- At Heathrow a cut down AODB client is available at all departure gates, airline/agent staff use this to manually update the boarding stages Go to gate, Boarding, etc. They can also add pre-configured messages like 'First and Business Class pax board through door A' etc.
- As well as this an automated facility to process departure stages automatically based on and offset from the departure time, for example
- 60 mins before departure - Go to gate
- 30 mins before departure - Boarding
