To send the most current information on resource allocation to airline.

Main Success Scenario/Flow:

1. AODB receives resource allocation changes from Fixed Resource Management.
2. AODB updates the resource allocation(s) for the relevant flight.
3. Updates in AODB triggers airport to send the resource allocation change(s) to Airline. 
4. Airline receives the resource allocation updates.
5. Airline updates the resource allocation(s) for the relevant flight.
