Update airline-managed aircraft towing plan

Description:

Some hub airlines manage a certain number of aircraft stands at the airport for their flights.  Aircraft movements between their managed stand, parking stand and hangar is usually planned by airline.  Airline shares their updated towing plan to airport.  (Note: Airport will have airport towing plan for all airlines.)

Airport collects airline tows into airport towing plan accordingly

A change in the towing plan

Main Success Scenario/Flow:

  1. The airline updates the aircraft towing plan.
  2. The airline sends towing updates to airport.
  3. The airport receives the updated airline tows.
  4. The airport updates the airport towing plan accordingly.

Extensions:

Fixed Resource Allocation management sends stand changes to AODB based on the towing plan update.
