Hi all,

Thanks to those that attended today, here are the key agreed items (thanks to James for the notes):

Other bits discussed:

Heathrow AODB RFP beginning 2023

Mick A- they have developed an interface already for FOP for IDAHO AODB which complies to ACRIS, Bob Logan (Rockport) says this would work as a baseline but there is some misalignment

Ole asked whether a first priority was to meet EUROCONTROL's requirements- Reto and Eden said that was not a priority, but could probably be solved through this initiative

Mick asked what are we trying to define:

Eden- for LHR it's about defining what the interface looks like between AODB and all other systems.

Ole- in Avinor the AODB is about flight or flight legs. So that includes parking, on the arrival flight leg.

Reto: At Zurich they are not sure on what the future role is of the AODB- what is the minimum viable product-

Stephen: They are having the conversation at Schiphol about what should be in the AODB- should billing information be in there? Can we separate airport operation and airline operation.

Mick: the understanding of an air traffic controller is different- based on flight plans- handing over an aircraft from one place to another

Sven: Who are the interested parties in this, can we get to a list of stakeholders?

Sven action: Look into a potential face-to-face meeting in Zurich(?) Eden also offered Heathrow as a venue. Likely this would be just before or just after new year.
